The Villages

For those of you who have found my new blog www.ourlifeisbusywith3.wordpress.com have seen the pictures. But I'm having a hard time adjusting. So I since tonight blogger is working for me I am going to continue using them. I am wondering if it is J's computer that is having problems with blogger. Anyway, we will see...

So if you didn't see these pictures before I'll do a quick recap OR you can run on over to the other new blog....probably soon non-existing blog.

A few weeks ago we spent the night with our good friends. Had a big ole' slumber party with 8 kids total. We really had a great time!

The next day we took the 5 big kids to an indoor water park and had a blast!

Here are the boys taking it all in before jump right in!

We had so much fun and would love to go again! We highly recommend The Villages!

The fancy dive

Last week we went swimming with friends. And these little friends were taught by their daddy the "fancy" dive! So they taught my kids how to do the "fancy" dive!

I've been without my computer for weeks now...at first I like not feeling tied down to it...but by now...I need it back!
I can say that surely within a week it will be fixed and back up and running! Yippy!
Tonight I am using Jason's computer. I finally gave up and uploaded all 500 pictures to his computer so I could blog! Cause we've been busy the last few weeks!

I like to have little crafts around for those summer days of "boredom". On this day the kids made suncatchers.

And Alli's was a horse...of course!

And it was not a quick craft!
It took lots of patience!
Which we do not always have! :)

But they had fun! And that is all that matters!

Driving down the road this evening....Griffin sat in the back seat. We hear him say, "I buy that house?" Sounds really funny coming out of a 24 month olds mouth! Jason says to him, "Do you have any money? Where's your money!" And Griffin holds out both hands, palms up and says, "No money!"

So funny! Him looking at his empty little hands! So funny hearing him say he wanted to buy THAT house!

So funny, silly boy!

Serenity....

It's been a week...WOW!

Yes, I've been out of commission for a week now! And to be quite honest...I've kind of liked it!

My computer has a tiny issue so until my hubby has time to get it fixed I will not be able to blog or facebook unless he brings his laptop home!

So what have we be doing all week? Well, let me see...
* we finally had waffles with friends! (long story!)
* had hot dogs at my parents house on the 4th and shot off fireworks which Griffin did not like at all!
* Alli spent 4 nights at Aunt Kacky's house! She rode horses 3 of those days and had a blast! But we missed her terribly and are so happy she is home!
* started potty training Griffin!
*started working out faithfully on my elliptical.
* was suprised by my sweet hubby!
*booked a cruise for the fall!!!!
* oh and we put our house up for sale and have been looking at homes!

So please say a prayer...a prayer that our house sales and most importantly that we are patient while we wait on God's timing! Pray for patience while I potty train Griff! Honestly, he's doing pretty good for 24 months! And pray that I am capable of driving around Dallas on Friday...I'm alittle nervous about that!!

Just wanted to let you know that I haven't fallen off the face of the earth! I know you were wondering ;) Be back....later!

Our evening...

We spent the afternoon/evening with some of our favorite people! Our old neighbors! Man how I miss our old neighborhood! And tonight reminded my why! We had great neighbors! The best!
Thanks Megan and Trey for a great day! Your family is so special to us! I thank God for your friendship!

Scrapper Swim Party 2009

Last night we were finally able to get the Scrappers back together for their end of baseball season party! The Colliers were so kind to allow us to have it at their house and swim!
The boys had a blast!
Not all could swim, which lead to one mom in the water and my hubby completely wet from head to toe...but everyone was OK...thankfully!
