Prayer request

My 90 year old grandfather "Ralph" was diagnosed with Liver Cancer 2 weeks ago. He has requested NO surgery, NO treatment and for only hospice to come in. It has been a week since he came home from the hospital and is now in bed, not eating and is sleeping most of the time. Please pray for my grandmother. And pray that Ralph does go quickly. This is his desire. He has lived a very good, long life and is ready to see Jesus face to face! I just hate to see him suffer. And my grandmother is scared...sad...worried. As I would be too.

Thanks in advance!

Painting

Yes Candice I am painting...

I'm not done yet with Alli's room, but close.
I am finished with the boys room and when I get a chance I'll post a picture because their walls are my favorite color!

Go Orioles!

Well last night was the big kick off for baseball!

We've been a Scrapper for the past 3 years.
And have played with alot of the same boys.
And it seemed strange last night to not have one single kid on the team from Walker's past years.
But it is nice that we do have some good friends on the team!

The Orioles didn't win last night, but almost!
They did however win today!
And he was so excited!

And here is someone else that is very excited!
He is chomping to play ball.
Bless his heart!
Soon baby boy....soon!

Dallas Stars

On Saturday we got to take the kids to see the Dallas Stars play!
They were all so excited!
None of us have ever been to a hockey game!

The Stars played the Ottawa Senetors which is the team Carrie Underwood's finiance' plays for.
#12 is Mike Fisher.
It was at this point I wished I had of thought to bring our binoculars! Where oh where was Miss Underwood sitting...
Well, was she even there?

Walker smiling because the Stars scored!
And then later won the game!

The kids had a great time. They got mini hockey sticks for going to the game....free!
The game was awesome, BUT afterwards was not so much....let me just say...the virus got me.
And it kicked my booty big time. I spent the night in a tiny hotel room with my hubby and kids, throwing up and other things all night.
We woke up to snow and ice on the roads in Dallas. It took an hour longer to get home. And all I wanted was to be home and in my bed.
That was on Saturday evening and it is Monday morning and I still feel ugh. But I'm up and washing the mounds of clothes that the laundry fairy forgot to do last night!

Gorgeous weather equals....

At trip to the zoo with Daddy. We had the most beautiful weather this weekend. Only for it to turn cool and nasty on Sunday. Oh well at least we had 2 gorgeous days to play.
We all had fun. But Griffin was so cute to watch. He had a blast watching all the animals.
And Walker remembered his binoculars this time so he looked like a avid bird watcher....so cute!

We played peek-a-boo with this gorgeous creature.
And Griffin couldn't wait to see the elephants!
Look at that little hiney...I could just pinch it!
Our niece Hannah went with us. Alli is always happy to have another girl around.

I finally let the boys play in the sandbox.
I don't mind them playing in the sand.

We just usually meet friends at the zoo and it always works out best NOT to get in the sandbox.

I can't remember if I mentioned what happened our last trip to the zoo. The one where Walker got into a cactus?
So as we are approaching the cactus I comment to Walker to go over and let me take a picture of him in front of the cactus. And he quickly responds, "No way, I'm not taking a chance!"
So he was not taking a chance this time!
So funny!

We had a fun time! Enjoyed having Hannah with us!
I'm looking forward to more gorgeous weather!

Griffin and I want to know...

What should I put on this cabinet door?
Metal art?
Crosses?
A saying?
And if a saying or a word what would you put?
Any advice is welcome!
