This is my favorite time of year! I.LOVE.FALL!!!! I love spring too, but there is just something about Autumn! My yard is starting to have leaves sprinkled around it! And I love that! Now I need to start thinking about my fall pictures for my kids. I need to think about what I want them to wear! I've decided to continue taking their pictures every year in front of the fence with the barn in the background. But I still need a few more leaves on the ground!
It is 7:50 am and Griffin is still asleep. This is not normal for him. He is our early riser. So of course, today, when I have plans to run first thing he decides so snooze! I'm not waking him up, but Candice I still may be stinky when you get here ;) Just a warning!
I'm still on my c25K program. Today is day 2 of week 4. And I'll go ahead and tell you that day one of this week kicked my booty. BUT it is much cooler this morning so I'm hoping that will make a difference. Wish me luck! I'm trying to get ready for my first 5k which is on Oct. 23. YIKES! That is only 4 weeks away. And me and my big mouth has encouraged a ton of other ladies to run with me. Soooo, I have to be able to do it. I can't be the only one walking! I saw a shirt yesterday and it read: You can only finish if you start. So that is my motto. I'm not trying to win...I'm trying to complete. Therefore I have to start! And I can do it!!!
I started helping last night with the Cubbies at our church. The Cubbies are the 3&4 year old in our AWANAS program. Oh I had fun! And I only thought my Griffin was hyper! Wowzers! Those 2 hours flew by. It was fun passing Griffin and seeing how much fun he is having! And Walker I think wants to complete is book in one week. That boy has soooo much enthusiasm. I love it!
Anyway, just wanted to chat today! It's been awhile since I've blogged. Hope all is well in your little corner!

Go Tigers!!!!!
Well, guys I'm a soccer mom. Something I never thought I'd be. Because we are baseball/football/basketball people...not soccer...and actually I'm not really a basketball person either. I've never been to a soccer game until Walker had his first game!
But I have to say...
I really, really like it!
Here are a few Tigers walking up!
Look at my boy in action!
Go Walker (#5)!
Meet Miss Ava Kathryn!
Miss Ava decided to make her debut 4 weeks early!
Y'all she is a doll! I could have sat and held her all day!
Here she is with her Aunt Son-Son.
And Miss Ava with one of her Great Grandmothers!
Ava had 3 great grandmothers at the hospital the day she was born!
How awesome is that!

quick update
Continue to pray for Christee's family. She passed away this morning. I'm broken hearted for those children. I haven't seen Christee probably since high school. She always had a smile on her sweet face. And was always upbeat. She was only 35. SO stinkin' young. It hits hard because it could be me. And to think about my children growing up without me makes me so sad. So please remember the kids and her hubby, Paul.

Huck Fin...
At one point I tried to talk Jason into letting us nickname Griffin "finn"...ya he didn't go for it. Today though he certainly looked like a Finn.

Oh how I could just eat him up. I don't want my baby to grow up!
I need him to stay small enough for me to snuggle!
I love how serious he is in these shots, which is very much his personality...sometimes.

Growing up
Miss Alli is growing up way to fast. I want to put a brick on top of her head to slow her down!

We spend our day out at my parents house visiting cousins who are in town.
My brothers and their families were there along with my grandmothers.

I bought Alli this little tutu I think a year ago.
I've always had a vision involving that little tutu.
I just haven't taken the time to try capturing it!

So today I remembered to take my camera AND the tutu with me.
Now, when it was picture taking time Miss Alli was hot, stinky and sweaty from all of her hours of riding her horse and jumping on hay bales. But we went for it anyway.
I'm happy with what I got. I'm pretty sure I have the one I'm going to blow up the stairway!
